Bootcamp

This class is a whole body workout to push you to its limits through a range of fun and exciting exercises. You will be running shuttles one minute and dead lifting the next. Build your strength, increase your endurance, improve your flexibility and grow your fitness knowledge!

9.45 am – 10.30 am
Mums and Non Movers

You and your baby will enjoy this fun filled class to get the workout you deserve! You will combine different exercises on your own and with your baby. We will help you heal and restore your body after pregnancy.

12.30 pm – 1pm
HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training, it does exactly what it says! Pushing you to your limits for short periods of time, with minimal or no rest! This class will burn fat, increase cardio fitness and leave you feeling awesome!!

8.15pm
Circuits
A form of body conditioning, endurance training and resistance training through a series of exercises. This is a fast paced high calorie burning workout!

Tuesday

6 am – 6.45 am
Kettlebells

You will swing, lunge and squat your way to becoming fitter and stronger. Often said to resemble a cannonball with a handle, Kettlebells are a fun and powerful workout helping you improve any fitness goal!

Wednesday

6 am – 6.45 am
HIIT Abs

Same as the HIIT class with an awesome abs blast!

9.45 am – 10.30 am

Recovery

Weather you have had a long hard workout week, or need setting up for an action-packed fitness weekend, this class will aid and recover all those injuries and niggles you have combining foam rolling, stretching and mobility.
