Fitness Seminar!

Announcement! Pro Training PT are running our very first fitness seminar, and the first one is all about Ironman Triathlons. Some of you may not be aware but amongst our fabulous trainers we have 2 local Ironman athletes, who have participated in numerous Ironman’s across the world. One recently participated at the World Championships in KONA HAWAII, while the other coached!

Pro Training PT will be hosting this seminar with Paulina Sutton and Ruth Gray. They will be covering the below

  • Introduction to Ironman – What to expect
  • Which Ironman is right for me
  • Kit and Equipment
  • Training structure – Do’s and don’ts
  • Basic Ironman Nutrition
  • Q&A – Ask us anything!
