Why ‘Fat Loss’ and not ‘Weight Loss’?
Weight loss maybe one measure of progress but it does not show the bigger picture. Fat is an energy source your body is using for exercise, whilst building your muscles at the same time. The muscle you gain can weigh the equivalent, if not, more than the fat burnt.
What it entails
Weekly workouts (Class and Homebased) which includes a full body, lower body, and upper body strength plus cardio routines
- Progress monitoring through body stat analysis
